- Wisconsin's Oldest Supper Club -A lot’s happened since we opened our doors in 1848, and I guess you could say we’ve seen it all. From dirt road to plank road to railroad, Red Circle Inn has been serving up good food with good service for generations of people in Lake Country. Over the years, we’ve been a stomping ground for traders, trappers, settlers, working class, high class and everyone in between. There’s so much history in these walls, you can almost taste it.It was former owner Captain Fred C. Pabst who gave Red Circle Inn its name and iconic red circle logo, a nod to his Pabst Brewing Company. He made the restaurant the place to see and be seen around the lakes, not just for a beer, but for high-quality food and warm hospitality.Over 170 years later, the legacy lives on. As you enjoy your meal and the nostalgia of Red Circle Inn, you’ll learn why guests have been returning, generation after generation. Some might call Red Circle Inn a legend…that’s fine by us.

Operated by The Bartolotta Restaurants, the premier restaurant and catering organization in the Greater Milwaukee region, The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurant is named for the leader of classic yacht clubs and embraces the historical significance of the past with modern touches of elegance. The unique, expansive property has been thoughtfully reimagined to include a remarkable suite of dining and event experiences, including a restaurant, intimate private dining rooms, and expansive outdoor space for groups and gatherings. Reservations are recommended, and we have a 15-minute grace period, so please call us if you are running late.

For the last 18 years, Joe Hennes and his wife Ellen have been building a family-oriented meeting place for friends to gather at Sloppy Joe's Saloon and Spoon in Hubertus. In December 2020, they purchased this property, and brought the philosophy of food, fun, and laughter from Washington County to Lake Country. They renamed the property Smoke on the Water to reflect the revamped menu which includes a large selection of home-smoked meat items. Midwest Italian restaurant focusing on house made pastas, utilizing vegetables from Chef Joe Frillman’s family farm. Our bakery and cafe serves La Colombe Coffee alongside an array of pastries and sandwiches crafted by Chef Leigh Omilinksy.Dinner reservations are available Tuesday - Sunday; we are closed for dinner service on Mondays. Our cafe operates from 7:00am - 3:00pm every day. Lunch is available from 11:00am - 2:00pm every day. We do not take lunch or cafe reservations, it is first come first served. Please note that there will be a 25% service charge applied to all bills. This goes to pay our staff equitably as well as provide health and other benefits not typically offered in restaurants.

    We had our first experience at I.D. for Valentine’s Day: Parker was our server and he was outstanding- as well as the rest of the staff. We took his recommendations for food and drinks and our experience was refreshing and so enjoyable. The food was impeccable and creative- we highly recommend the Venison Carpaccio and pheasant. The level of customer service as a whole was amazing and something we haven’t experienced in a while- and we dine out quite a bit. The ambiance was beautiful, the food came out in a timely manner and we were absolutely delighted throughout the entire meal. We will absolutely be back again.

    Such a beautiful place and unique menu. We enjoyed the celery root soup with duck confit. So different and absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the scallops and au gratin cauliflower. My husband had the ribeye which was good but not the best. We also enjoyed the chocolate mousse cake, which was also outstanding. The bourbon old fashioned was also one of the best I have had. The atmosphere was amazing and I look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the outdoor area and view!
