Everything was perfect, the building is amazing! Eric, our server was on top of his game! The food was top notch. We had the mezza platter as an appetizer and it was unbelievable! For our dinner we had the filet, which was a very large filet, and also the blackened mahi mahi that was fresh and delicious. The mashed potatoes and cheesy grits complimented the meals perfectly. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food we got. We will definitely be back!

The food and service were excellent and we were thrilled to learn our server Kali is also the pastry chef! We had the best crème brûlée we have ever eaten, along with an amazing espresso chocolate cake. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

Had a very nice dinner at the Edge after a festive time strolling thru Main street Bethlehem. The restaurant has a warm ambiance, the menu is varied such that there is something for everyone's pallette. I had the penne pasta which was creamy delicious, the waitress (name?) was very attentive and engaging. Will be back

We ate here Christmas Eve, second year in a row. Everything was very nice. Our server was outstanding and our cocktails, appetizers, entrees were all delicious. Service was attentive without hovering. We had prok belly, oysters, filet mignon, strip steak, baked potato, martinis and red wine...all wonderful.

Excellent French toast! Caramelized Bannana was an excellent topper!!!
