Dakar NOLA is a modern Senegalese tasting menu restaurant. The menu is inspired by Chef Serigne Mbaye’s most cherished memories of his childhood in Dakar, Senegal. The Pelican Club is a contemporary New Orleans restaurant located on historic Exchange Place in the French Quarter.
