For more than a decade, it has provided Northeast Ohioans with outstanding cuisine and service.Conveniently located on Chagrin Boulevard and Som Center Road in Moreland Hills, Flour - Italian Kitchen is both the neighborhood gathering place for family dinner and sophisticated private venue for the country’s largest corporations. An easy environment to celebrate an engagement with an exceptional bottle of wine, wrangle your crew after a winning soccer game… and everything in between. You can count on us for a modern aesthetic that feels comfortable, not cold. Flour is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, with an in-between menu from 2:30-5:00. Went with family friends to celebrate 2 birthdays. Table was nicely situated away from cold drafts (28 degrees out) out of busy walkways. Server Jay was excellent—kept checking to make sure we had plenty of food and beverage without overdoing it. Explained options clearly and made great suggestions. Hadn’t been there since the pandemic, had forgotten how fun it was. Will go again.

It was our first time there , it was an amazing experience, our waitress Gaby was professional, knowledgeable, answer all our questions and been the face of the company I have to say that I was impressed!!! Hope she gets recognized for her outstanding service. I am not the one to convince easily but the way she presented the benefits of the wine club she sold me. Great place , great food and great service!!! Thank you Gaby!!

Reservations were for a high top table. On arrival, hostess seated us at a high top table. We had a wonderful waitress, who provided great service, and we enjoyed great food. We are regular, returning customers who enjoy Piccolo’s food and service.
