We’re thrilled to re-open the Captain Farris House Tea Room for the Fall/Winter 2023/2024 season and invite you, your friends, family, or someone special to join us. It’s the perfect place to unwind. Join us for a truly enchanting experience! The Tea Room is open Thursdays to Sundays from November 10th through May 12th, 2024. Seating is available at 11am - 1pm and from 2pm - 4pm. Reservations are required. Gluten-free/vegetarian options are available for an additional charge. Please inform us of any food allergies when you make your reservations.

Great experience! We sat at the bar because the it was a little loud, for us, in the dining area. ( We were upstairs on the Rooftop). The service was amazing thanks to Julia and the food was very good. The menu selection was perfect for what we were looking for - light, healthy fare. This was not our first visit to The Pelham House and it won't be our last. Don't miss it!

Afternoon tea was an awesome experience. I have been to many afternoon teas and the food here was better than most. There was a vegetarian in the group and our host created tea sandwiches for her. Everything was delicious and nothing was left on the three tier dish. Great choice of teas and the hostess added more hot water to the pot which is often ignored. Will definitely return!

Always a favorite. Don't get there as much as I use to. One of the best pub vibes you'll ever experience. Food has always been good. One of the main reasons I joined the Ocean Edge Club 22 years ago.
