Welcome to Down the Hatch - EDINBURGH!We are a diner focusing on diner style food with big flavour, fresh ingredients, huge taste and all things Canadian!! Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult and are not permitted from 8pm onwards. We have a 10 minute grace period for your booking. Please give us a call if you are running late for your booking.Your table will be booked for 1 hour 15 minutes for bookings of up to 6 people; and 1 hour 45 minutes for bookings of 7+.We have a limited number of outside tables. These are not bookable at the moment and are on a first come, first served basis.Last bookings are 9.15pm as our kitchen closes at 9.45pm, 7 days a week. Please call for any more information.

First time I’ve been here and I will be back again, service from Megan and the gentleman behind the bar was exemplary and the food was superb, I had a buffalo chicken sando and it was so filling, can’t wait to come back ☺️
