Located on Charleston's Upper King Street, Indaco (Italian for "indigo") serves rustic Italian cuisine. Wood-fired pizzas, hand-crafted pastas, housemade salami and cured sausages fill the restaurant's menu which can be enjoyed family-style or a la carte. Travis and Ryan Croxton debut their spinoff from the highly acclaimed Rappahannock Oyster Bar at Union Market in Washington, DC. Absolutely amazing experience here. My husband and I are still talking about it. The server shared they recently changed their menu to Modern French and everything from the cocktail to the dishes were delicious!! I think we had about 5ish plates including the brisket and fish…all knocked out of the park! Can’t wait to come back to Charleston to eat here again!

The focaccia was so good. We will make it with the ricotta and apple butter at home. The pastas were really good as well.

Best dining experience of our lives. We closed the menus and trusted the Head Waiter, Donnie. We ate things we would have never ordered and loved every one of them! This is a quaint little place - Brandon, Hunter and Donnie are forever intertwined in our lives. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be eating here every time we get to Charleston. Cheers!
