Spectacular! Fantastic food and service. Great spot for a special date night out. My partner and I had the chef’s choice tasting menu and it was amazing. Several standouts were the day boat scallop, duck, and bread, butter and jam dessert. If heading to Healdsburg definitely include Valette in your plans.

I've never had boiled chicken in ramen before usually sliced BBQ pork. The noodles were very good. The flavor of soup very good. All toppings were cold.

I ordered the braised short ribs & polenta and my husband had the sole filet and we shared the most delicious salad and chocolate mouse dessert - everything was fantastic, plus we were given the sweetheart table, which was delightful. The owners, Shari & Lisbeth are wonderful making you feel comfortable and welcomed!

If you visit Healdsburg- make sure you make a reservation at this little gem of a restaurant. The food is fresh and authentic, the service is prompt and engaging and the value is great! We are local to Healdsburg and don’t dine out a lot but when we do, we always make a reservation here…. It’s definitely special 🥂
