Enjoy the finest locally sourced ingredients served with simplicity and style, with menus that change with the seasons to reflect the seasonality of the produce we use. Coast at the Hythe Imperial offers fine dining in an elegant and relaxed setting. Guests can enjoy modern British cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients that reflect the seasons.     The venue is great; the noise level was nice and quiet as there were not too many people there; dog friendly which we loved. The food was great if maybe slightly overpriced. The waiter we had was also great!

    This place never ever fails. We wanted to impress our out of town guests and from the moment you walk in, you know you made the right choice. Always so accommodating. The service levels are exceptional and the food was as always delicious. From the Sunday roast to the sea bass ordered. We will be back again and again.

    Delicious afternoon tea! Freshly made sandwiches with interesting fillings! Also freshly made warm scones. A lovely selection of cakes and as much tea and coffee as we wanted. Efficient, professional and friendly service. Everything was super clean. We were the only people in the room, a beautifully decorated and cosy room, which made it extra special. We go every year just after Christmas and it never disappoints. We will definitely be going back! 100% recommendable.

    Service was great made us welcome and the service staff were not too entrusive at the table, we had a chicken main and a pork belly Main and both meals were served hot and presented well and both meals were very tasty
