Ometeo is bringing an elevated version of classic, comforting, & nostalgic Tex Mex cuisine to Capital One Center in Tysons, VA. Brought to you by Long Shot Hospitality, the group behind DC's hit restaurants The Salt Line and Dauphine's. Inspired by the ingredients, techniques, and heritage from West Texas down to the Gulf Coast, Ometeo's foundation is firmly rooted in Tex Mex tradition all served up in a fun and dynamic environment. The restaurant consists of multiple carefully curated dining spaces and three different bars- Main Bar, Outdoor Bar, and Cadillac Lounge Bar. Reservations are available for four distinct areas : Main Dining, Outdoor Dining, Main Bar Booths, and Cadillac Lounge. We accept Open Table reservations for groups of up to 8 people. Chef Eugenia Hobson and her team prepare authentic Greek dishes served attentively in a breezy Aegean-inspired atmosphere. Our signature dishes include the grilled octopus, the kolokithokeftedes (stuffed zucchini fritters), the lavraki whole fish (branzino) filleted table side, and the arni giouvetsi (lamb shank with orzo). Great food from start to finish. I had the carnitas fajitas which were fantastic -- the slightly charred slab of cheese was a very nice touch compared to the ordinary shredded cheese you get most places. Service was very attentive.

Had a really good first experience taking my family to this restaurant. Our waitress was wonderful. She kept us informed of everything I feel that we needed to be informed of. The food was in good portions, everything was well cooked, well plated, and served perfectly. Will definitely be back! Thank you to the falls and all of the staff

Bashar and the Wren staff were incredibly tactful and considerate during my fiancé’s birthday dinner — the izakaya selections were superb and the ambiance was immaculate, especially when paired with drinks that reminded us of our appreciation for the artistry of bartending once more. I agree it can be cumbersome to reach, but it’s a minor gripe I can forgive such a gem in Tyson’s worth seeking all the same — thanks again for the birthday card!
