Ometeo is bringing an elevated version of classic, comforting, & nostalgic Tex Mex cuisine to Capital One Center in Tysons, VA. Brought to you by Long Shot Hospitality, the group behind DC's hit restaurants The Salt Line and Dauphine's. Inspired by the ingredients, techniques, and heritage from West Texas down to the Gulf Coast, Ometeo's foundation is firmly rooted in Tex Mex tradition all served up in a fun and dynamic environment. The restaurant consists of multiple carefully curated dining spaces and three different bars- Main Bar, Outdoor Bar, and Cadillac Lounge Bar. Reservations are available for four distinct areas : Main Dining, Outdoor Dining, Main Bar Booths, and Cadillac Lounge. We accept Open Table reservations for groups of up to 8 people. Chef Eugenia Hobson and her team prepare authentic Greek dishes served attentively in a breezy Aegean-inspired atmosphere. Our signature dishes include the grilled octopus, the kolokithokeftedes (stuffed zucchini fritters), the lavraki whole fish (branzino) filleted table side, and the arni giouvetsi (lamb shank with orzo). Our selection of nine desserts are all made fresh daily in-house and feature Greek classics such as the baklava and the galaktoboureko. Our wine list is meticulously curated on a seasonal basis by son Philip Hobson selecting from Greece's top vineyards who produce indigenous varietals such as Assyrtiko & Xinomavro, and western grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon & Sauvignon Blanc. Carnegie Diner & Café offers limited reservations 30% only and 70% walk in. We are brand new and we like to accommodate all of you. Carnegie Diner features an extensive all-day breakfast menu in addition to serving a wide selection of salads, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, steaks, fresh fish, pastas, desserts and more. We will definitely go again! Food was great, service was great. We had to keep our coats on because it was so chilly in the restaurant. It would've been nice if it were warmer because it would have a better experience but they can turn the heat up lol

We were a party of four for lunch. We enjoyed delicious salads, crab cakes and coconut shrimp main courses. The shared key lime pie was tart and creamy- dessert lovers’ delight! Our server was attentive, and our booth was quiet and comfortable. (We had requested a quiet area of the restaurant and appreciated the accommodation.) We will be happy to return for another dining experience.

This was our 1st time eating here and the food was delicious. Our margaritas were excellent & our server took great care of us. It’s a convenient place to eat prior to a show at Capital One Hall.
