Our pan-Asian menu gathers influences of cooking styles from all around Asia; including Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, China, Indonesia and Vietnam. The design of the restaurant is influenced by some of our favourite places to eat and drink, it takes its cues from the street food ‘Hawker’ markets of Penang mixed with the reclaimed building feel of Budapest’s ruin bars. These places both have a magical feel, something that we’ve tried to recreate for the people of Blackpool to enjoy. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough , it was not our 1st visit. We had a fabulous evening, great atmosphere, brilliant service , friendly helpful staff, delicious food , their was plenty of Gluten Free options for our friend ,which made our visit even more enjoyable , we will definitely be returning. Thank you

Our waiter - I’m sure he was called Frank, Scottish bloke was amazing, nothing too much trouble, very attentive nothing too much trouble. Food was fab great value - kids loved it too. My only slight complaint would be that it was cold in the room, but I also appreciate how cold the current weather is and such a huge building to heat. Will be back

First visit to Michael’s WAN’s restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. The restaurant was beautiful and it was very busy. The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed it.
