Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. Excellent food. It took us about 15 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation and there were several tables open. It’s a very popular location, so I understand. Great experience overall.
