Tuesday night pork chop special is fantastic. So good!

The Bartender (Mick) was extremely knowledgeable and made amazing cocktails(apple infused old fashion and cosmos. The server ,Alexander was very pleasant and all 5 of my friends felt so welcomed. His demeanor exemplified that of an experienced host. Our food was at the perfect temperature. My favorite was the beet salad. I could have it everyday. The raspberry cannoli was delicious. I'm so happy Season 52 is in Orland. What a wonderful birthday celebration🎊

When we arrived for our reservation, they were running about 1/2 hour behind and the place was packed. We went to the tasting bar, and asked for a sample of the wine of the month. About 20 minutes later, the server gave us another tasting, since we were waiting so long. After 45 minutes we were seated, and the manager apologetically offered us a complementary appetizer, which was very kind. Our server Lisa was delightful, and most of the food was good, but unfortunately my entree came more "well-done" than medium as requested. The server offered to get another, but I declined. Once again, the manager returned apologizing, and took it off of our bill. Since it was my birthday, I got two lovely truffles from Lisa, along with the dessert we ordered. All-in-all, despite the few hiccups, we had a lovely dinner. The fact that they made such an effort to compensate for the evening's delays and errors, shows how well they treat their customers, and why we love Cooper's Hawk Burr Ridge. The staff is dedicated, and it shows!

We usually go early about 4:30 when I get off work. (Part time. Dinner out is a perk of working part time after retirement) It’s always quiet! We had Victor as our server the last couple times. He makes every visit really fun!we always order the saganaki. Opa! Victor makes it special.we both had Gyros tonight. Great and left overs galore! We were happy once again! Can’t recommend it strongly enough.❤️

This is our second time at Texas de Brazil. Both times we’ve been extremely pleased with the whole experience…excellent servers, meat brought around frequently and prepared perfectly, and delicious sides and desserts. We look forward to returning.
