Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. After excellent reviews, he took on the space permanently after his step-father retired and since, has gone from strength to strength. Farang was recently inducted into the National Restaurant Awards top 100 and awarded a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, which we have kept four years running. We also received the Thai select award from the UK Thai Embassy which certifies authenticity and the freshness of our ingredients.We’re a young team of enthusiastic individuals, who over the last few years have bought our passion and skills to the table. Had heard good things, but was truly blown away by the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Everything we tried was truly exceptional and I cannot wait for an excuse to go back and try the rest of the menu!

The latest menu without the Schzeng wings and milkshakes is not great but the menu is still good! The black tall waiter guy with dreads with tonight at the Shoreditch branch was super awesome, very friendly and attentive. He made our night special! We'll definitely be back!
