Centered in the heart of Los Angeles, the historic building in which it resides was originally erected in 1929 by Charlie Chaplin, and later transformed into the iconic La Brea Bakery and Campanile Restaurant. Great food. Excellent service. We were shown to our table promptly. Our waiter notified us of the pending delivery of fresh Dover soles which we ordered immediately and gave us perfect recommendations to pair with the wine for the rest of the courses. The food was staged perfectly. Every dish was beautiful and delicious, from appetizers to dessert.

This restaurant is fantastic. Overall experience is amazing start to finish. The staff are wonderful. So good I ended going two days in a row last time I was in LA. The place is a hot spot for celebrities and who's who, and it definitely has that vibe but more importantly it does not feel snooty at all. In fact the opposite. The staff give them impression they give the same amazing service no matter who walks thru the door. Food was also delicious. Just incase you are Celiac or prefer gluten-free they are top notch at looking after that request.
