Since 2002, Gaetanos' Ristorante has brought our passion for real Italian food to Henderson. Family-owned and operated, we feature gourmet Italian cuisine in a fine-dining atmosphere.Our pasta is made in-house and all of our sauces are made from scratch. Everything is cooked to-order. We pride ourselves on using the best, freshest ingredients and using products sourced from the finest in Italy. Leo was an amazing server. Friendly and personable. Made excellent recommendations for dinner. If you eat there, ask for Leo!!!! Food was fantastic. Chef's Special that night was gumbo with blackened catfish and jumbo shrimp over mashed potatoes. Delicious. We also had the braised short-ribs. Fork tender, fall off the bone perfection. Served with roasted honey carrots that melt in your mouth.

Was the perfect place to celebrate our friend’s birthday. Our waiter Marcus was so cool and helpful, Sushi was delicious and all drinks and food arrived at perfect timing. Will definitely come back whenever we are in town.

The food at Jade 16 was so delicious. Great selection, flavorful dishes, and outstanding value. The only issue was that the server did not come often to check on drinks, etc. and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Overall great experience and I will definitely be back!

The menu has just about anything you’d want, making it difficult to choose sometimes! Everything I’ve had their makes me want to come back soon. We topped off delicious meals with the trio pazooki! Way to end the evening!
