Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar is mixing up classic cocktails like our Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned (made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery) and playful recreations of after-dinner sippers like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper. We got to sit right by the kitchen which was a very cool experience! Even though we were sat next to it, the noise level was very tame. Drinks were outstanding and the food was very flavorful and good quality. The service was also excellent and I would definitely go back many times.

Overall a great experience. The service was impeccable. It’s pricy, but you get what you pay for. I had the red snapper. It was good, but I’ve had better. We had shrimp cocktail as a shareable, again it was good but I’ve had better. The first time we went there I had the beet salad. That was fabulous. My husband said, probably the best steak he ever had. I will go back.
