Our first time dining at Elvira was an incredible experience! If I could, I’d give more than 5 stars for the exceptional service. Andrea, our server, made our night unforgettable with her wonderful recommendations and genuine care. I had the Rigatoni alla Norcina, which was absolutely delicious, while my husband ordered the Super Arrabiata Pizza. He found it a bit over spicy, and Andrea immediately offered to bring an additional dish to ensure he enjoyed his meal. We declined since we were happy overall, but her thoughtfulness didn’t stop there—she surprised us with a complimentary dessert to make our date night extra special. We also enjoyed a half bottle of Primitivo wine that paired perfectly with the pasta, bringing out its rich flavors. The cozy, charming ambiance truly makes you feel like you’re in Italy. We’ll be back for sureeeee 🫶 and highly recommend!

Had an absolutely great time with my gf and would recommend it to anyone. Was way more than we expected, the food was excellent and so was the service.

Fabulous food, cozy ambiance & gracious service. This is a family favorite restaurant, and we love coming to Cesarina to celebrate special occasions. The pastas & antipasti are all so delicious. The carpaccio is superb & sliced so thin it's transparent. My husband always orders a pasta allo scoglio (seafood pasta), my daughter pasta with bolognese, and my son & I usually order a house special - which is oftentimes a ravioli or other stuffed pasta. Also, be sure to save room for the absolute best tiramisu ever. It's an easily shareable dessert... and it's made tableside & completely out of this world delicious! My daughter loves Cesarina so much that we've celebrated a family lunch together at the restaurant for the past few birthdays :) The staff are always so warm & friendly, and we've loved the keepsake Polaroids of her every year! Simply put, one of the best meals I have had the privilege of enjoying! Delightful server, Calvin, was very in tune with the timing of our meal and our needs. The fixed menu was perfect for Christmas Eve, as it kept the meal flowing and decision-making to a minimum. Every course was delectable from the scallop crudo, the creamed mushrooms, and the sea bass, to the date cake with walnut ice cream! Mezcal hibiscus cocktail was creative and tasty, as well! I will definitely be back!

We went on a day the OB Farmers Market was going on and I'm glad we did. This establishment is very small and doesn't have room for many eat in customers. That said, our server was great in spite of the fact that she was the server and cook- basically running the place by herself. There were a couple of other customers but she handled everything with grace and aplomb. The pizzas we ordered were very tasty and we took advantage of the 50% off a couple bottles of wine and were happy with the selections. All in all we were very happy with our dinner. The only fly in the ointment was the presence of a lot of house flies- no doubt due to the propped open front door. They came in for the food too apparently. Despite that we will be going back as we liked the food and server/cook.
