Eden’s ever-evolving brunch, lunch, dinner and beverage menus focus on the use of high-quality and seasonal ingredients, with an approach based on simplifying the process that goes into crafting each dish. This focus produces robust, clean flavors to compliment the flowers and herbs from our on-site greenhouse that also add beauty to each dish. Our 20’ x 28’ greenhouse allows us to grow all year, reduce our carbon footprint by sourcing on-site, and it helps the local ecosystem by attracting pollinators. 100% Plant-Based restaurant in Wicker Park. We have always had the core belief of being as good to ourselves (and the earth) as possible, but as we grow, we have always wanted to do more. With this desire, we decided to open Bloom Plant Based kitchen. Not only is eating a more plant-based diet healthier and more forgiving to one’s body, but it is significantly better for the environment. Beautiful light coming in the large windows that face south. Was not too busy for Saturday brunch (maybe because it was Thanksgiving weekend), and the service was excellent. We both had the breakfast sandwich and added bacon and avocado. It was really delicious. Mine came with a kale salad that was surprisingly good and my daughter had the fruit which was very fresh. Also had the monkey bread which was a small portion - perfect since we were already stuffed.
