Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal.     Always the perfect spot for a reunion with friends! Parc’s food, service and professional staff met all our expectations today: from the seafood appetizers to the the trout amandine, comforting roasted chicken, delicious mussels, and chicken paillard, everyone enjoyed their lunch. Our server, Tiffany, was wonderful.

    The food and service is amazing. This restaurant is a neighborhood gem. I am certain it will quickly become a hard reservation to get. The wait staff is attentive without being smothering. They are there when you need them, and they give you space when you don’t. The fried sea bass was great and their shrimp cocktail is to die for. Ask for their hot sauce.

    We ate at Bellini before seeing The Nutcracker. It was fabulous! From the drinks, to the appetizers, to our meals. I got the Forza Azzurri cocktail and it was amazing! The caprese & the caesar salad were delicious. Service was wonderful and the ambiance was very cozy. We will definitely be going back to try more of the incredible food!
