Established in 1959, owners Jenny Youll and Mike Sabina expanded the once small coffeehouse of St. Michaels Alley into this intimate dining establishment in 2009. The restaurant provides three comfortable spaces for a dinner out with friends, date night, or a complete private event. The main dining room is wood paneled and intimate. The front room / bar area is more casual and social, yet still offers tables with linens and the full menu. The solid wood bar is a favorite dining spot for many of the regulars and locals. Classic Italian ambiance with checkered tablecloths and southern Italian menu served Family style. The chicken parmigiana was very good as was the baked ziti. My only complaint is the prices! $39 for most entrees and green beans were $20. With a drink, it’s easily $50 a person plus tax and tip.

LOVE THIS RESTAURANT!!!!! Great Food.....thanks for all the Vegan options for me and my son. Thanks for the good meat options for my husband. Ran out of Brussel sprouts but it allowed us to try the Special Pizza and the Cucumbers....and our usual Guacamole!! (Love it but liked the old crackers that use to come with it). MOST OF ALL.....LOVE the service we get. ROBERT is a WONDERFUL Waiter. Thank you so much for having him......he is so attentive and knowledgeable.
