Featuring Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature new-style Japanese cuisine, Matsuhisa Aspen is located within a historic Victorian house in downtown Aspen, CO. Indoor dining in Aspen will be temporarily closed per Pitkin County Board of Health starting on 1/17. Takeout is available nightly from 5:30 pm-9pm. Awesome ambience, food and drinks! The restaurant came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. My husband had the best trout he’s ever had and my Moroccan chicken was superb. The cauliflower appetizer was delicious as well! Our waiter, Andrew, was fantastic as was the rest of the staff! We will be back!!

Everything we ordered was very, very good! We started with Caesar Salad which was outstanding. The schnitzel was excellent, as was the service. Our server was very attentive. The prices were reasonable. We are looking forward to eating here again in the winter!
