Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. Alicia was our waitress and she was very pleasant and efficient. We all enjoyed our meals. We loved the pretzel bread we found the lighting a little too bright. We would definitely go back.

Absolutely amazing experience! We are locals and have been to Mia's before but this time was out of this world! We went for Christmas Eve dinner, ordered family style and Yasmire served us. Not only was she attentive but she was friendly, informed about the holiday specials and efficient. It's hard to find quality Italian food in Orlando that never disappoints, (especially on a holiday) with an exceptional staff and this is it! Thanks for a wonderful evening

The food was great. Loved the ambiance and thought the noise was going to be a bit loud initially but was pleasantly surprised we didn’t have to raise our voices to talk across the table. We had the noodles, the Ceaser salad bites, short ribs, and mussels. Every dish was actually very good, but the Ceaser salad bites were our fav top two.
