Nestled on the gates of The Windsor Great Park and Virginia Water Lake, The Bailiwick Freehouse is a gastronomic destination for locals and visitors to enjoy the very best produce that this naturally plentiful area has to offer. Working in some of the countries top restaurants, husband and wife duo Steven & Ami Ellis took over in 2021 and have since given this pub a new lease of life. The 1215 fine dining restaurant at Fairmont Windsor Park is set on our south lawn overlooking our private terrace and manicured gardens. We are proud of the provenance of our locally grown products where we work with The Royal Farms, Windsor artisans and our very own herb and vegetable gardens. This restaurant was named in recognition of the signing of the Magna Carta in the year 1215. The Pub The Cricketers is a country pub and dining rooms with a large beer garden and outdoor patio dining in the summer.
