Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages). We couldn't fault any aspect of our experience. The service was terrific. Our wait staff was very pleasant, interacted with us, explained how the night worked and each menu item. He was very attentive without being over the top. The food was plentiful and delicious and were even offered a container to take ours surplus home. A very enjoyable evening.

An evening out with 7 girlfriends to celebrate some birthdays. We were greeted by the friendly staff when we arrived and taken to our seats. From that point the service was excellent, staff knew the menu and were able to recommend meals and we weren’t let down food was amazing, and cocktail delicious. Definitely recommend but if you’re looking for a quiet dinner I would go a little bit later. We went at 6:30 and there were quite a few families there so it was a little noisey but we still had a great night.
