Table reservations are only accepted for the restaurant, not the rooftop. A set menu applies to groups of 8 or more. If you have a party of 8+, please make an enquiry at bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au. A customary 10% gratuity fee for groups of 8+ applies in the restaurant. The Rooftop is our bar area and is available on a walk-in basis for groups of 1 – 14. We do not accept online bookings for this area. A full a la carte bar menu is available to order all day. Groups of 15+ must enquire at bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au. Minimum spends apply. Please note, if you book the restaurant, and on arrival decide to move to the rooftop, a cancellation fee of $50pp will apply. Established in 2016, the newest addition to the Zushi restaurant empire is in Sydney’s impressive new harbour foreshore playground. Zushi Barangaroo is both stylish and comfortable, capturing the relaxed style of a typical Japanese bar or izakaya designed by the renowned architect Koichi Takada. We offer premium service complimented with a wide selection of imported beers, Japanese inspired cocktails, and Japanese sake and whisky.Zushi prides itself on using only carefully sourced local ingredients; the freshest vegetables and sustainable seafood where possible and most of the menu is gluten-free. Greek cuisine is inspired by fresh produce, which back in the day was largely grown in the garden at home, where the key ingredients are echoed in their distinctive taste. At Georges Mediterranean Bar & Grill you will enjoy a large selection of Mezze dishes, which similar to tapas, are perfect to share in abundance. Our Daily Menu includes some of our finest local seafood like premium fish, octopus as well as mussels served with flare in an ambience that stems from the serene Mediterranean.
Babylon Rooftop accepts reservations all year round with seasonal minimum spends. Please refer to the booking widget and your specific date for the minimum spend. We take groups of 15-30 guests. For all smaller groups and parties that do not wish to prepay a minimum spend, the venue is available on a walk-in basis. Share style group menus may apply over peak periods. The rooftop offers our meze menu only, if you wish to dine on the restaurant menus, they are only available in our Restaurant. Reservations for the Restaurant inside can be made through the "Babylon RESTAURANT" open table.Additionally, we take bookings of all party sizes for our Limoncello Brunch every Saturday and Sunday with arrival times of 12pm, 1pm or 2pm. Our Brunch reservations are $79pp for 2 hours of bottomless Limoncello and chefs meze. 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
