Welcome to The Rose InnThe Rose Inn is located in the beautiful rural area of North Warwickshire in the village of Baxterley with stunning views over Leicestershire, Birmingham and on into the far distance. The Rose sits opposite the site of the old Baddesley colliery, behind the village green and duck pond with an orchard and large relaxing area overlooking the pond. Originally believed to be a 'Gentleman's residence', the building dates back to the 18th century and has served as a courthouse, jail, mortuary and for more than a hundred years as a public house.

Please note our Afternoon Tea is served Wednesday - Sunday from 13:00 - 16:30 and we ask you to pre-book to avoid disappointment. The food was once again fantastic, we were a table of 7 booked last minute for 5:30 when the kitchen closes at 6pm and the roast dinner was still outstanding. The other food that we ordered was too of course. We love it here!
