General Public is inspired by trying to imagine what an upscale English pub would be if it had the heart of an American brasserie (and was open 11 to 11). It’s also going to signal a little bit of steakhouse, but not too much. And finally, it will look behind itself at the Black Hoof, which you will see reflected in James Santon’s menu here and there. In terms of vibe, the main floor is ‘everything’s gone green’, with lush comfortable banquette seating, warm wood, and barstools designed for long conversations over many cocktails. The service from start to finish was perfect. Very attentive and friendly. A nice chill and relaxing space with just the right amount of cultural vibe. Most importantly the food was amazing. We took our three teenage boys and they all found a dish they loved.

The restaurant is beautiful very clean great views very romantic the music was a little too loud the food was very good service very good not the best I have had on ether point besides the restaurant it’s self and the atmosphere the only thing that was outstanding was the carrot cake I mean this was outstanding out of this world by far the best carrot cake I have ever eaten hats off I would return just because of it you really have the best ever I will remember that for years
