Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications.     Went with 2 friends at 5:15pm on a Sunday, it was amazing we started with the big seafood platter it was the perfect amount for the 3 of us. Then we all got the rib cap we all loved it. We split three sides mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and lobster Mac n cheese. Omg it was all delicious! Our waiter Nick was excellent with a few stories he shared with us about his years of working in Vegas, just a classic great dinner in Vegas at one of my favorite steakhouses.

    I am very, very picky about Mexican food, and let me tell you:Javier's is Magnificent. First, a tasty jalapeno marg that actually has some bite. The Aguachile Del Rey was superb, as good as, or better than anything I've had in Vallarta, and I've never had octopus that was this tender. The braised pork chile verde was MASTERFUL, just absolute perfection (I know because this is something I've attempted at home many times, without success). Beautiful, intimate/enveloping yet airy setting on the casino floor. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Carmen for your help today!

    This was our second time at S&W on our visits to. Vegas. Amazing inventive food with stellar staff who know their menu like the back of their hands and are great guides on how to enjoy the food to the max. Great vibrant ambience. Off the main drag. Just excellent. Will always come back.

    This is hands down my favorite place to eat in Las Vegas. I love the yellowtail crudo and the beef Wellington is so good!! We had the pleasure of having Opollo (hope I spelled that right) as our server and he was fantastic! His service was amazing and he put the cutest Polaroid of my friend and myself on my cocktail which was such a cute detail! He is definitely my favorite server so far and he recommended so many delicious items for our group. Juan was an amazing server assistant as well he made sure to stay on top of clearing our table and was very friendly! I will always visit Beauty and Essex anytime I visit Vegas!
