James Beard Award-winning Chef Andrew Black makes his way back to Skirvin Hotel to open his newest restaurant concept, Perle Mesta. Victoria, our server, was amazing. She made recommendations, was knowledgeable about the alcohol and was very cheerful. Our food choices were perfect, the quinoa bowls and fish and chips. Had a great experience. It is quiet so we were able to have private conversations amongst the 4 of us.
