Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. I find the food in Seattle to be incredibly underwhelming so I was a bit leery about going to yet another restaurant in the city. I am glad I did because the food at Cutters was fantastic. This is the first restaurant I have ever been to in Seattle that I would actually go back to (and happily) The food, service, ambiance, and view are all terrific.

The food here exceeded our expectations, everything was really, really good. We had ahi crudo, carrots, polenta fries, and focaccia to start, and then 3 pastas and the scallops. Everything was delicious, well presented and excellent presentation. The waiter was lovely and very informative. And the prices while a bit high were worth it.
