How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting? That was the question that acclaimed chef and restaurateur Sam Marvin (creator of the much-celebrated Los Angeles restaurant Bottega Louie) posed when he decided the time was right to reinvent what has long been the trademarks of the steakhouse genre – masculine vibe, dark rooms, fancy waiters, slabs of oversized beef and overly expensive pricing.     We chose here for our monthly family dinner night. Food was impeccable and the service was wonderful. We ordered the pappardelle bolognese, lasagna, rib cap, chicken parmesan, rigatoni, and spaghetti. Everything was fantastic! Nicky, our server, was very sweet and attentive. Her recommendations were great! We enjoyed ourselves and will return.

    We had an awesome experience. The food was great. You have to always get the White Garlic Truffle Bread to start your meal. My husband tried the salmon for the first time, he absolutely loved it. I got the chicken pesto with regular pasta. I usually get it with vegetable noodles but forgot to order it that way. OMG the pasta was so light and full of flavor. I was pleasantly surprised. Our server Wyatt was a joy to have. He was conversational and truly a nice gentleman. He made the experience 100% perfect.

    our server was kind enough to give my son an additional lemonade for free, but i ended up buying another drink because it was so good. everything was delicious and wanted to dessert but was too full with the big servings so we even have to go boxes as we have not finished esting the big serving of food. love this place!

    This was our second time at S&W on our visits to. Vegas. Amazing inventive food with stellar staff who know their menu like the back of their hands and are great guides on how to enjoy the food to the max. Great vibrant ambience. Off the main drag. Just excellent. Will always come back.

    I found this place on TickTock. I was looking for a Steakhouse with great steak, great drinks with a nice scenery with a great curve appeal. The manager there (and don't remember his name I'm very sorry). The manager immediately came over to our table as soon as we were seated to introduce himself to us, and told us who our server was going be, and stated that if we needed anything he was there to help. Great service. I highly recommend this place. Top Notch!
