A beloved regional destination for Asian cuisine, 8 welcomes guests for lunch and dinner service once again!Featuring a newly refined dining atmosphere, 8 offers all the menu favorites patrons know and love as well as a few new surprises.Sourced from New England and delivered fresh throughout the week, live Maine lobster is available for hand selection from saltwater aquariums. Guests can choose one of three preparations – Salt & Pepper, Black Bean or Ginger Scallion.The delicacy of Peking Duck is also a new addition to 8. Marinated over five days and roasted to perfection, the flavorful, crispy-skinned entrée—served with scallions, cucumber, and steamed buns as well as hoisin sauce—sates parties of two to three. NY Strip Steak.Carrying on the traditional Muckleshoot ways of cooking salmon, we are proud to offer traditional salmon dinners utilizing locally sourced alder wood and Pacific Coast wild salmon. Cooked over an open flame, the traditional method of low heat and smoke enhances the salmon flavor while preserving freshness and texture.     The food was good, server was very nice and attentive. The atmosphere was quit and nice and a great place for family and friends to enjoy and nice meal and enjoy each others company without having to yell across the table. We all enjoyed our food, my only issue was the Diablo Margarita, it was not very good, but it was drinkable.

    Popular place at the Muckleshoots. Get a reservation (OpenTable). Our two meals were excellent. They have all the popular Asian dishes but I expect they're all much better than your average Asian fast food places. Great value. The bill came and we were surprised as it was very reasonable.

    While the five of us in our party couldn’t possibly try everything on the menu, what we did have was good! Not great, but good. The fish n chips were good, as was the clam chowder, but the caesar was a little disappointing, maybe because of the arugula or whatever the designer lettuce was. Wife didn’t care too much for the crab cakes, too “doughy” . Service was adequate considering how busy it was, just before a concert. All in all a good experience, we’ll go back to try some of their other items…
