I have enjoyed eating at Ma Maison ever since it began (as Pierrot Bistro). The food is reliably nicely prepared and delicious and authentically French, and the staff is typically excellent. It very much reproduces the atmosphere and cuisine of an authentic French neighborhood bistro right in the heart of Beacon Hill - like having our own bouchon in walking distance! Also like real bistros and bouchons, the prices also are not extortionate. Whether it is lunch with friends, or entertaining out of town guests at dinner, I am never disappointed. The combination of excellent food, service, atmosphere and fair prices make it by far my first choice for dining in Beacon Hill.

Beef Wellington and branzino fish are both amazing! We also loved the wild mushroom and roasted carrots! The service is also impeccable!

Fantastic as always. A hidden gem nestled away in beautiful beacon hill, this neighborhood watering hole never disappoints. The mussels were fantastic, with extra bread to soak up all the goodness, as well as the strawberry salad and cookie skillet for dessert. All was great, accompanied by the friendly service that only a local Boston join could manage. Love the food, people, and experience!

Excellent food, ambiance and service. Chef was so kind and delivered a complimentary appetizer to our table. Highly recommended fish and chips, beef stew, Caesar salad with grilled chicken, burger. Good bar selection. Will definitely be back.

This was a trip with my girlfriend and I to Boston for the New Years weekend. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at various places. This place had an amazing Blue Cheese burger that was so delicious! They made some amazing smoked old-fashioned drinks as well! Definitely would go back when up in Boston!
