The renovation period was used to combine some of the original period features of the building with furnishings and classically styled decoration that complements the original style of this house. Le Bouchon Brasserie offers a blend of both French and British cuisine, set in a relaxed and intimate environment. Excellent service with very polite, friendly and attentive staff who were very helpful in advising one of the party who had dietary requirements. We all ate from the set menu which gave a good choice of interesting dishes. All the food was very well cooked, delicious and well presented. The restaurant has a pleasant , friendly atmosphere without being noisy. Good value for money and very close to car parking. Can thoroughly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyable lunch for 4 :- 1.Ham, eggs & Chips 2.Sea Bass, Crushed new potatoes, veggies 3.Cheesy cottage pie 4.Fishfinger sandwich with salad, chips All lovely. We will be returning to eat again.

We had the Sunday roast platter for two it was fabulous very tasty and loads of it would definitely recommend staff were friendly and attentive very nice experience.
