Caracara serves authentic, upscale Mexican food in a comfortable setting. Couples, families and singles will feel at home in our dining room or tequila lounge. We are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner serving table-side guacamole, great margaritas, mojitos and sangria. Specials are offered daily and happy hour is Monday-Friday, 4pm-6pm in the tequila lounge. Our tequila list includes 70 premium tequilas. Menu features traditional entrees including Tamales, Iron Skillet Tacos and Enchiladas as well as our own innovative items such as Pollo Relleno. We stay true to Italy's culinary standards to retain the natural freshness and flavors of our dishes, which makes us one of the ONLY restaurants in the US to never incorporate artificial flavorings, colorings, or preservatives, nor do we use corn syrups in any of our beverages. We take pride in guaranteeing that none of our offerings contain GMO fruits, vegetables, or processed seed oils. Our olive oil, frying oil, flour, and sauce are all imported from Italy, while our meat, seafood and produce are sourced locally. We strive to replicate the culinary experiences that we find when we visit the Amalfi Coast. Great food and service unique and amazing cocktails!! The menu is different, fun and lots of choices. It was my first time and I'll go back. If you you want a quiet place to eat this is not the place but the food, server and people are very nice.

I can not begin to explain how special tonight was. I called ahead to specifically tell the manager it was my anniversary and wow did he go above and beyond to sure my wife and I had the best time. My servers were fantastic, the food was amazing, and I just left so happy. Well Done Casa Stellina!! Well done.
