Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. had so much fun! came in to a big welcome and lot of smiling faces eager to help at the hostess stand. immediately knew we were going to have a good time. Our waiter was solomon who was awesome. we’d go back just to sit at his table again. Not only was he so knowledgeable about the menu and his recommendations were spot on but he was also super funny! we enjoyed our night so much, it really made our friends birthday a special one.

We went for my birthday last night and it was fabulous. My daughters, ages 4 and 8, love the charcuterie, and did great splitting a Caesar salad and a pasta dish. My husband and I split a steak, and with dessert, it was the perfect meal.
