Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. This is our favorite local restaurant. Took my husband for his birthday. We shared butternut squash soup and a bistro salad. I got the halibut special and my husband got the stuffed shrimp special. This place is always fantastic from its food, to drinks, to specials, service and ambiance.
