We do limit our seating times to 1h30mins for parties of 2, 1h45mins for 3-4 people and 2 hours for larger parties. The staff was very helpful. We asked that we be seated in a regular table not a high top as we are seniors. The table was reserved for later but they seated us. Food service was great. The waitress took drink orders quickly and came back for food orders, appetizers and salads were served before main courses as requested.

Excellent! Celebrated our son’s 16 birthday here who by the way has a severe peanut allergy. Bistro North went above and beyond to make it special and safe. The food is just amazing. A must if you’re skiing in Keystone. The food was beyond amazing from the appetizers, main meal to desert.

Truly enjoyed the food and service. The restaurant could use a little updating on the atmosphere but but that was compensated for by the service and food. Great meal
