Exposure to the smoke of the smoldering wood added a distinctive smoky and juicy taste to the meat. Our award-winning smokers have been imported from the USA and are built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits. We use the traditional American woods of hickory and mesquite to give a full smoke flavor, and the meat stays in the smoker for up to 18 hours.

The Manor Restaurant at Best Western Chilworth Manor has recently undergone a full refurbishment and is available for hotel residents and non-residents alike. Pre-booking is required. Finally a decent place in Southampton serving good quality American style BBQ / Burgers. Is it pricey? Not really as to get anything near this quality you will have to travel. Southampton is in dire need of more restaurants of this calibre. Definitely go again.

Very enjoyable dining experience, actually exceeded expectations based on reading previous reviews . Food was delicious, choices added variety and class to usual options found in traditional Chinese restaurants, beautiful setting with unique oriental features , service was on point and professional, will definitely return .

Our table for two was ready as booked Seated near the pass so that made it interesting seeing our food prepared. We chose the Christmas set menus and food was very good as was the service
