While it may seem like we are a normal restaurant, The Pearl is primarily a place of learning for our culinary students. We went just as they opened so it was nice and quiet as they weren’t too many people in there. Service staff was excellent, and most of the food was good. My fried fish salad was a little pricey for what it was although I did enjoy the taste of it. The lettuce seem like it was a day or too old unfortunately but it wasn’t spoiled or anything.
