Bistro Casanova is smooth, elegant, exquisite and fun. A tropical landscaping refreshes the air surrounding the outside al fresco tables. Bistro Casanova offers Mediterranean fare, its roots coming from the Cinque Terre in Italy where the owner comes from. Its menu reaches some classic of the European cuisine: Paella for two, Cioppino, Focaccias, Grigliata plates of grilled meat or fish large enough to share, prime cuts of steaks are between the favorites, next to an excellent selection of pastas and fresh salads. Locally grown ingredients are used extensively, as well as the freshest fish from Maui's ocean. Bistro Casanova is a favorite for Happy Hour relaxation, watered by specialty martinis and carafes of mojito and margaritas.Tapas (available after 4pm) can be a tasty complement to your drinks, an opening line for your dinner, or dinner itself. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Food was very good but could have had more noodles. Plenty of chicken and mushrooms. Appreciate the birthday crème brûlée but was confused trying to find the restaurant.

What a cute eclectic place. Very local feel. The people were super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The bread was AMAZING...fresh baked with butter. We got the pork weiner schnitzel. It was crispy and so tasty with gravy, a salad and great augratin potatoes. Comfort food! Different and worth finding.

Unique and wonderful 5 course meal. A server who recognized us from a previous visit to Leis Class Act gave us a hug. This is so Maui Ohana.
