Bistro Casanova is smooth, elegant, exquisite and fun. A tropical landscaping refreshes the air surrounding the outside al fresco tables. Bistro Casanova offers Mediterranean fare, its roots coming from the Cinque Terre in Italy where the owner comes from. We had a wonderful dinner last night. Starting with cocktails that were excellent, crab cake appetizers and salads and main dishes were all great. Their Coconut curry was so good and big portions so I took the rest home for lunch. Everyone else had either Monchpng or Ahi and were all happy with what they ordered. The new general manager dropped by to introduce herself so that was a plus. We were too full for dessert but the offerings were great.

The food was excellent, the staff friendly, professional and efficient. It was a birthday celebration and couldn’t have been happier! The server made sure to take extra special care of the birthday girl and the musician even gave her a complimentary copy of his CD and played requests for her. We have been here a few times over the past year and highly recommend it.

Returning after a 4+ year lapse to find the still high attention to detail and quality service instilled upon these students wishing to become part of the Industry. Food selection and portions for Luncheon were perfect. Presentation was in keeping with local traditions.
