A modern pub serving a frequently changing menu, available in our dining room, bar, and outside ledges. It's not fine dining, nor is it trying to be. We cook in a way that we as cooks like to eat, so don’t be afraid to share. If you want to pop in for a burger and a pint, feel free to grab any available space in the bar or outside. We accept bookings for tables of up to six people in the dining room.It can be loud and slightly chaotic; at night it is dark. A refreshingly different menu using seasonal ingredients. We enjoyed everything we ordered which was more filling than we had expected. (Had to take some home in a doggy bag). Quite expensive for what we had but I am slowly getting used to having to pay more, quite a lot more, in good restaurants these days. Service was excellent and ambience was great.

Great service and food. We all dined from the festive menu, all starters and mains were spot on and the sourdough bread to share was delicious . They managed to squeeze us in ahead of our booking time and stored our suitcase’s for us.

Easy to book. Attentive staff even when busy. Took my baby and good changing facilities. Interesting menu choices - tried foods I would never normally choose and all delicious. Just a bit pricey but worth it!
