When asked to define of The Crossing, Owner/Executive Chef Jim Fiala often says that he is a chef that buys locally whenever possible and cooks as any French and/or Italian chef would given the ingredients sourced. We had the best time dining with friends at Olive and Oak. Our server was outstanding, along with all of the hosts, bussers, and additional support staff. Our meal was perfectly paced and gave us time to enjoy each course, as well as visit with our friends. The food and drinks were absolutely spectacular, as always. To top things off, we were gifted a bottle of wine before leaving from the manager. Hows that for a wow-factor?!

The experience was wonderful from start to finish! The server was welcoming & quick to get our drinks. We had several starters which were great. Cannot miss the French onion soup. We had burgers & a steak. The pommes frites are outstanding...a treat! Overall one of our favorite spots to dine with great cocktails & wine list.
