Next Door is the sister restaurant of Margaret, which, quite literally, sits next door to it at the corner of Bay St and Guilfoyle Avenue. It was our first time at the grounds of Alexandria for lunch at the Potting shed. The ambience was great, the shed is beautifully decorated, the wait staff was welcoming, friendly and gave good service. The dessert, cocktails and the classic dishes were all delicious 10/10 :)

Staff were so attentive and friendly; the food was amazing. We had the degustation menu and it was a very good menu at a very good price. They catered for one in our group that didn’t eat seafood. We will return to this lovely restaurant. Highly recommend.

Lovely food, we really enjoyed every dish. The staff were attentive and friendly. Great atmosphere both inside and outside in the courtyard. Dishes were well priced along with the wine list, despite us bringing our own wine. The downside was paying a whopping $15 per bottle for corkage, which is outrageous.

Love this place , food including for allergies was amazing so delicious! Of course the coffee is fabulous and you can actually hear each other . The baristas and wait staff were knowledgeable kind and went above and beyond . Thanks for a beautiful experience . Definitely book !
