At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. Great food! We enjoyed the buffet. The server was very sweet but did not come around often enough to check on us to see if we needed drink refills. Overall, a great experience.

For the first time, we made reservations for Christmas. The special meal offerings were amazing! (Regular menu items were also available). Our server was Robyn, and she was an absolute joy!! I can imagine it may be hard for some to work on Christmas/Hanakkah. She never stopped smiling, the mood was festive, and we had a great time. We may make this our new annual tradition. Thank you for making our visit excellent!
