Within a beautiful Subiaco heritage building, a new neighbourhood wine bar has entered the scene on Hay Street. In the 1920s, the building was home to a provisions merchant owned by husband and wife Emily and Charles Lums. Their shop, EA Lums & Co, was a place for locals to grab quality ingredients from a family-owned shop. City View is a fantastic location for a casual meal in a relaxed environment with excellent views of the Swan River and Perth skyline. Menu has enough options for a casual lunch. All choices are reasonably priced.
