Within a beautiful Subiaco heritage building, a new neighbourhood wine bar has entered the scene on Hay Street. In the 1920s, the building was home to a provisions merchant owned by husband and wife Emily and Charles Lums. Their shop, EA Lums & Co, was a place for locals to grab quality ingredients from a family-owned shop. Amazing ambience and panoramic views. Friendly and efficient service except for a long delay with dessert. A good selection of lovely dishes on the menu. Overall a great venue for a special birthday dinner.
