We love The Creek! We started with the Brie brûlée appetizer. Wonderful!!! I got small filet with mashed potatoes and husband got the shrimp. We were both happy - steak was perfectly cooked. Bread was wonderful! Crème brûlée was fabulous ! Happy to have a restaurant that is consistently great! We could talk easily - noise level was moderate. Waiter was super attentive! We will continue to patronize this local jewel ….

There is a reason why some restaurants become a classic stable in the fine dining scene in San Antonio and it begins with the service and attention to customer requests. We have loved this establishment for decades and were very concerned when their transformation to a very different location was first announced. But, no worries. It is the same superior service and attention to the wants and wishes of their diners which sets this restaurant above the majority. I was painfully reminded of this fact all of NYE week, when many established restaurants could not perform well. We are so very delighted to for the recent return of Friday lunches. Just another reason why Fridays are my favorite day of the week.

We enjoyed a delicious craft cocktail at the bar before dinner. Dinner was excellent! We enjoyed/shared crab cakes, shrimp andouille, brussel sprouts, and mushroom side dishes; excellent flavors and our combination of dishes enhanced our dining experience! The service was excellent by all who took care of our beverage and dining needs... thank-you! We will certainly return and highly recommend for others to experience. We stayed at the Kendall Inn that was absolutely lovely located right next door.

The chicken tasted good but was slightly salty. Biscuits were tasty but greasy. Mashed potatoes were bland. Our server was angry and not attentive. Food was very very slow coming out.
