The signature cast iron grill and the Josper grill, which was imported from Spain where Josper has mastered the art of cooking with coal and wood. We exclusively use Ebony Black Angus across our menu which is produced from carefully selected prime quality Black Angus cattle. After having breakfast here a few times we wanted to return for dinner. Great experience! A focussed menu and every dish delivered. My chicken supreme was super tasty (loved the creamy mushroom too). The folks working there were kind and friendly (including letting us move inside n when the gentle breeze became gale force). Many thanks!

Food was amazing, genuinely one of the best meals we've had in 2024, really nice environment, just what Manly needed. We had the 'build your own banquet' option and every course was wonderful. If you go you must try the beef cheek taco, OMG!

Food was amazing and service excellent. Nice atmosphere and they were happy to turn the music down a bit as my wife is a little hard if hearing. Very attentive and accomodating service too. A glass of wine included with the Thursday specials was very appreciated.
