Next Door is the sister restaurant of Margaret, which, quite literally, sits next door to it at the corner of Bay St and Guilfoyle Avenue. Featuring a rolling 12-hour lunch-to-dinner menu, the bar brings you a selection of specially curated small plates such as Woodfire Grilled Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes with Oregano, Braised Zucchini with Mint, Chilli and Pecorino, as well as an amazing selection of Consorcio, Cuca, Pollastrini, Ortiz and Real Conversas tins with some freshly baked sourdough from Baker Bleu.     Since I discovered The Potting Shed in 2019 I have been coming back to eat there as soon as I am in Sydney and I am never disappointed: the service, the atmosphere, the setting, the original cocktails not to mention the themed decorations. It's my favorite place !

    Wow, what a special meal. Every dish was delicious, and the pasta sauces really wowed me. I loved the sashimi starter, the rigatoni carbonara and the pappardelle we had. Best tiramisu we’ve tried thus far! Not a banana fan but still loved the banana caramel dessert. Super great ambience watching all the action in the kitchen from the bar too 🥰

    Fabulous food. The lobster spring rolls and prawn dumplings were a standout. And the steamed perch was subtle and flavourful. We had great service too. Will definitely go back.

    Casa Mia Osteria is fantastic. It has a neighbourhood, family feel about it, with super friendly staff. Sean and his team were so welcoming and made as feel like we were at a family dinner. The food is fantastic, great considered menu - the spicy pepperoni pizza and the ragu pasta were hits! The prawn pasta has a good amount of heat and rich flavour. All of the dishes were excellent. Solid cocktails, reasonable prices and all round good vibes. Perfect for groups as the atmosphere is lively.
